Georgia Tech has not impressed me at all this year. I've watched them play Clemson and Miami and just don't think they are as good of a team as UNC. UNC's offense woke up against East Carolina and I expect the same at Georgia Tech. The game is on the road so I am going to go with UNC-28 GT-13.
