Batman had Robin (with rubber nipples if its the chris o'donnell version), the Lone Ranger had Tanto, the Green Lantern had Kato, and Curious George had the Man in the Yellow Hat.
I think sports illustrated means this as a compliment, but I think it's a little insulting. I don't think our team is made up of sidekicks.
