Has anyone else seen this yet? I thought I was awesome, but my movie buddy was not as thrilled. So let me explain a couple of things you should know to fully appreciate this movie.

**SPOILER ALERT**

I'll explain the entire plot line in one sentence. Something bad happens and liam the badass kills everyone.
That's all you need to know. Theres some lame acting and bad writing at the beginning and at the end.
Just ignore that part and enjoy the middle when he's killing everyone he sees. My only complaint is that its pg13. Should have been even more violent, a solid R. However, its still about

I didn't care for it much. It wasn't bad, there just wasn't anything exceptional about it. I think I'd rather just watch [U]Man On Fire[U] again. My opinion might be somewhat effected though. I spent the whole movie obsessing about the two little high school prats sitting behind me who did not shut up throughout the entire movie. I, of course, never said anything because I'm either too polite or I don't have the balls. "Oh $h1+, that dude is about to get f***ed up." Yes, yes he is. That's kind of the point of the movie.

Yeah, I definitely don't think its near as good as man on fire. But its a french film, so I wouldn't expect it to be. Its done by a lot of the folks that brought us the transporter series and follows that typical type of film making (visually and action driven rather then a lot of concern about plot). However, I just loved its simplicity. It offered nothing more or less then a chance to watch Liam Neeson kill people. Even though there were a lot of heavy topics (human trafficing, prostitution, drugs, kidnapping, etc.), it skips over the horrible psychological scarring that would have occured and gave a cheesefest happy ending.
