What am I missing? It is a W toilet on my link. Pretty funny, but not gross.

It's changed now, it was a picture of some guy on death row that said he had removed his eye and eaten it.

Yeah, it was a link to a story about a guy trying to get an insanity plea for eating his own eyeballs. Disgusting, but high in protein. However, the W toilet is pretty funny too.
