Lawson Criticism

Lawson swings back and forth between lots of media praise and media criticism. Here's a pretty good article:

“Everybody acted like he was the best thing since sliced bread and the best point guard in the world through 14 games, and then everybody acted like he had some kind of disease after those two [losses]…” Williams said. “Ty’s play against Tyrese Rice is not the reason that we lost to Boston College. Ty’s play against Jeff Teague is not the reason we lost to Wake Forest. It was North Carolina’s play against those guys. If we’re going to give him blame for those two losses, then let’s give him credit for a lot of those wins.”

Here's another good article about Ty. He's got "Successful people do what unsuccessful people don't want to do" tattooed over his heart. Makes me suspect that his work ethic is very different from people's perception. Also, I think people can realize that he can be a strong worker and a team player and still play the role of "Dennis the Menace."

I agree......people should lay off Lawson....he is nasty, and he has helped UNC win plenty of games!
